Job Title: Family Medicine Core Faculty – Residency Program
Job Description
The Family Medicine Core Faculty member is responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, supervising and teaching residents and medical students, and contributing to the scholarly, administrative, and mission-driven activities of the residency program. This role combines direct patient care, resident supervision, curriculum development, scholarly activity, and program improvement in alignment with ACGME requirements and the mission of Loma Linda University Health.
Qualifications, Skills, Education
Strong candidates will demonstrate clinical expertise across the breadth of family medicine, an interest in scholarly activity, and a desire to contribute to curriculum development, program committees, and resident advising. Prior faculty experience or fellowship training is preferred but not required—what matters most is a genuine dedication to developing the next generation of compassionate, competent family physicians in alignment with the mission of Loma Linda University Health.
