Overview

Our mission is to serve Christ by providing comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations in our community addressing physical, mental, and spiritual needs in order to improve health outcomes and quality of life.

We envision a future where the low-income, uninsured residents of our county have access to comprehensive healthcare. We are a 501c(3), faith-based, charitable entity providing free primary care to adult residents in need. Our focus is to provide primary care services to those in need in our community, improve the health and wellness of patients served, educate patients to improve lifestyle and quality of life, address specific chronic care illnesses, and provide referrals to area agencies that can assist.

Mission & Passions

We believe in providing high-quality healthcare in a professional medical practice while also being a ministry at our heart. We provide compassionate care without judgment with the Love of Christ. We are free to pray for our patients as they are willing. We are free to express our faith in a way that is both invitational and comforting. We see our healthcare as part of being the hands and feet of Jesus in the Earth.

Providing high quality healthcare to the underserved in the context of distinctively Christian service. We recognize that Jesus Christ is the true healer of individuals and their communities and the source of our ability to serve.
