Overview
Grace Medical Home is a Christ-centered, comprehensive medical practice for the low-income, uninsured in Central Florida. Staffed by a clinical team including three full-time physicians, four full-time advanced practice providers, three-part time nurse practitioners, a Registered Nurse, 7 medical assistants, 1 pharmacy tech, 1 registered dietician, 3 LCSWs and 1 Dental Assistant, 3 care coordination staff, 3 front-desk, and hundreds of clinical volunteers, this medical practice offers wholistic care with 28 medical subspecialty clinics to the most marginalized in our community. We are a 501(c)3 with strong community support. Our main location is a 19,000 sq. ft building and we have a 1,400 sq separate location for group mental health counseling and we have a new medical mobile unit that is deployed throughout our county to treat our patients.

Job Title: Pediatric Staff Provider
Job Description
Collaborate with the pediatric staff providers to guide staff, provide clinical leadership and help oversee the Pediatric clinical volunteers. This includes quality improvement efforts, teaching opportunities, and helping to manage Gap Year student interns.
Guide and coordinate whole person medical care and health services of our pediatric patients to ensure compliance with legal standards and established policies and protocols in the pursuit of target outcomes.
Provides direct, skillful patient primary care in accordance with Evidence Based Practice Standards of Care, developing individualized plans of care based on patient needs and responses.
Participate in clinical process improvement and activities with management and care coordination team that ensure the highest quality care for Grace patients.
Available to represent Grace to the community and participate in outreach including home visits or meeting with schools and community centers.
Helps point others to a relationship with Jesus Christ and represents the ministry of GMH in the community with integrity.
Qualifications, Skills, Education
The ideal candidate would be have at least 3 years of experience and loves Jesus. They must be passionate about serving the poor and modeling Christ’s love. They must have (or be willing to get) an active Florida medical license and be board certified. Bilingual (Spanish) would be ideal, but not required.
Benefits
We offer very generous benefits. We provide health insurance and pay 75% of premium for individual or family coverage. We have ample PTO including 11 recognized holidays, PTO that increases with length of service, 3 wellness days, 1 floating holiday and 1 day off during the work anniversary month. We offer a retirement saving plan and do an annual employer match of .25 cents for every dollar the employee invests up to 6% of salary. We pay 100% of premium for a life insurance and long-term disability policies. At Grace, full-time means working at least 30 hours per week so a provider can have a 4 day work week and still have these generous benefits. The clinic is open 40 hours per week (Mon – Thurs, 8am to 6pm and Friday 8am to noon).
