We are a cash only office for largely a "plain church" community in Northern Indiana. We serve a large population here in rural Indiana and cater to those without health insurance.

We are Christian in our character, values and our mission. We do not bill insurance and do not take medicare or medicaid. We purposefully are efficient and provide a very good service at a fair price.

Qualifications
Primary care provider, preferably family medicine, with a commitment to work with an Amish population.
