Job Description -

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the organization’s accounting, billing, purchasing, and medical records systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications/Job Requirements:

  • Resident or willing to move to north Tulsa.

  • Familiarity and appreciation for the vision and mission of the ministry

  • Familiarity with the patient population and community served by the ministry

  • Becomes a member of the found church

  • Exemplary Christian character, knowledge of Scripture, and ability and desire to lead spiritually.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting required. Master’s in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.

  • Five years of relevant work experience required. 7+ years in business management, experience as a CFO, or similar related position preferred.

  • Must have knowledge of accounting principles and practices; of business and public administration; of personnel management practices; of managerial functions and techniques; and principles and techniques of supervision.

  • Must have the ability to maintain and report financial data; to direct and supervise the work of others; to communicate effectively; and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage and complete tasks in a timely manner while working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people.

  • Ability to motivate and manage a team, resolve conflicts, and work independently.

  • Excellent proficiency with computers, QuickBooks, and electronic medical records systems.

  • Capable of meeting the physical and mental demands of the position.
