Our Health Center is a nonprofit primary medical care home which provides a comprehensive range of services for patient’s non-emergency and wellness needs. Educational, social, and spiritual support is emphasized in tandem with healthcare. We are a Christ-centered 501(c) 3 ministry serving our community of people without health insurance or the means to afford care.

Job Description

Seeking a qualified physician to help lead the clinical operations of our team.   

  • This physician is to reports to the Medical Director and is responsible for assisting this director in planning, administering and delivering quality care to the clinic's patients.  

  • This staff physician provides professional patient care as a Licensed Physician to individuals from various cultures and ethnic backgrounds.   

  • Must be compassionate, sensitive, understanding, and support the Center's Ministry to provide quality care to those in need.   

  • Must have the ability to supervise others and work effectively as a team with other staff and volunteers.

  • Successful clinical leadership experience at the executive level, preferably in the non-profit medical field.

  • Knowledge of professional medical theory, practices and regulations to give and evaluate patient care.

  • Knowledge of managing personnel in a compassionate yet effective and efficient way.

  • Experience in dealing with patients of ethnically diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

Education, Skills, & Experience

  • Graduate of an accredited medical program.

  •  Current licensure to practice Medicine in the State of Georgia.

  •  Successful clinical leadership experience at the executive level, preferably in the non-profit medical field.

  •  Knowledge of professional medical theory, practices and regulations to give and evaluate patient care.

  •  Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish/maintain a safe work environment.

  •  Knowledge of managing personnel in a compassionate yet effective and efficient way.
