Overview
Our Health Center was established to help demonstrate Jesus' love for the whole person through healthcare. Most of our patients are in poverty and nearly half are refugees from all over the world who have fled their homeland due to strife or other circumstances not under their control. Our patients speak over 40 different languages, with significant populations from 11 language groups. Our goal is to provide empowering ministries to demonstrate Jesus' love for the whole person to all who come to us.

Our mission is to provide high quality medical care, for the whole life spectrum, to all who need it especially the medically under-served, people in poverty, refugees and immigrants - regardless of insurance status or ability to pay - to demonstrate Jesus’ unconditional love for the whole person.

Job Title — Faith Based Community Development Manager
Job Description
The Faith Based Community Development Manager is a strategic partner who must be highly skilled in project strategy, while focusing on the overall process of meaningful change, prioritizing marginalized communities. The larger goal of this work is the creation of a network of organizations (businesses, non-profits, congregations) that collaborate as a key strategy for accomplishing their individual mission, and the larger mission of demonstrating the unconditional love of Jesus. The specific, measurable outcome which will determine the success or failure of this work is the number of identified, developed, and completed projects under the direction of the supervisor and an established committee of key stakeholders.
Demonstrate passion and skill in community development while furthering the kingdom
Advancing justice, discipleship, and/or evangelism across all sphere of life
Intentional bridge building between people of different perspectives, generations, viewpoints, and cultural backgrounds
Developing support for projects:
Securing or providing training and consulting for project owners
Helping project owners to secure project funding o Identifying and networking with key strategic partners
Identify gaps and opportunities in current structures, community relationships, motivational incentives, leadership competencies, and systemic mechanisms – ensuring alignment with intended purpose.
Advance the mission of both partners, and provide mutual benefits to the WNY community
